The house was very nice and clean. The host made sure that there were extra supplies in the bathrooms if you forgot something. The kitchen had most everything that you would have in your own kitchen at home. The home was in a gated community that was nice. We stayed for 30+ days so the host checked in and helped with garbage day reminders, which was nice. I enjoyed how the home opened up to the backyard so you could enjoy the outdoor space as well. I was worried because of a previous review saying it wasn’t private and in a rough area, but I am not sure how you get any privacy in Phoenix when it’s a large city. We have stay at a few different places on the south side due to my work location and this place is as nice as any in the area. The owner can’t control how the grocery store up the block looks. We would stay here again. October 2023
