Lovely comfortable home in a quiet gated community. Owners left nice touches upon our arrival and checked in through our extended stay to make sure things were going well. They were very attentive to a few things we didn’t have and had them delivered quickly to make our stay more comfortable. Great hiking close by in South Mountain which we utilized several times each week. Close to some very nice golf courses. The house was very nice and clean. The host made sure that there were extra supplies in the bathrooms if you forgot something. The kitchen had most everything that you would have in your own kitchen at home. The home was in a gated community that was nice. We stayed for 30+ days so the host checked in and helped with garbage day reminders, which was nice. I enjoyed how the home opened up to the backyard so you could enjoy the outdoor space as well. I was worried because of a previous review saying it wasn’t private and in a rough area, but I am not sure how you get any privacy in Phoenix when it’s a large city. We have stay at a few different places on the south side due to my work location and this place is as nice as any in the area. The owner can’t control how the grocery store up the block looks. We would stay here again. October 2023

I had a wonderful time here. The neighborhood is gated and quiet and feels very safe which is nice. The home was big and spacious and and clean andlooked exactly like the photos.
